Restored and reconceived, this lush estate in Ross, California, exudes a balmy calm with a sexy swagger. Earthy and sumptuous, playfully plush, it teems with the effervescent cool of a YSL muse—both ageless and of the moment.

Smooth modern designs—a dreamy Mario Bellini sofa—with postmodern and contemporary twists—vintage Terje Ekstrøm chairs, Day-Glo Peter Halley acrylics on canvas, and a live-edge walnut on Lucite console by Lanie Abano—consort with custom Chroma works that rime high fashion references with subversive edges. A numinous retreat, the ’70s Reve is duende a la playa.
